We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in overseeing our Enterprise IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of our systems and leading efforts in troubleshooting, planning, and implementing innovative solutions to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (Endpoint Manager), including OS images, applications, packages, baselines, updates, PXE, and reporting
• Manage Windows device support using Microsoft Intune (Co-management, Autopilot)
• Handle support for Apple MacOS devices using Jamf and Linux devices
• Oversee planning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cloud services including Azure, GCP, and AWS
• Maintain and troubleshoot Azure AD and Office 365 services
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory Domain Service and associated services (AD DS, AD FS, AD CS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, WDS, WSUS)
• Develop and execute scripts and automation processes using PowerShell
• Document IT-related work instructions
• Provide technical support for production systems and applications
• Resolve incidents and process changes effectively and promptly

Requirements

• Strong experience in Enterprise Device Management encompassing Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, WSUS, MS System Center Configuration Manager, Jamf Apple Device Management, Microsoft Windows, Linux, and MacOS
• Background in configuring Microsoft Windows Server roles, features, and IT infrastructure services including Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services and PowerShell scripting
• Knowledge of public clouds such as Azure, Office 365, GCP, and AWS
• Demonstrated ability in supporting production systems and applications
• Understanding of ITIL Essentials and IT infrastructure design principles
• Skills in technical writing and business communication
• Competency in problem-solving and team leadership
• Flexibility to adapt and capability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have

• Background in backup (Data Protection Management) and private cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Virtual Machine Manager, hypervisors such as Hyper-V)
• Familiarity with SQL databases (procedures, triggers, views)
• Understanding of monitoring/testing architectures and best practices
• Experience with certificate authority management
