We are looking for an experienced Key Sitecore Engineer with expertise in Sitecore XM Cloud to join our team. This role involves providing support and maintenance for Sitecore and Sitecore XM Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Manage tasks such as 3rd line support, development and migration for various clients and business areas
• Solve complex technical issues related to the specific software
• Collaborate with the shared services team to ensure efficient software maintenance and support
• Handle incident and problem management, adhering to agreed SLAs
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed
• Conduct regular system checks and monitoring to ensure optimal performance
• Participate in code review and troubleshooting activities

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Sitecore and Sitecore XM Cloud
• Knowledge of .NET
• Experience in application support
• B1+ English, both verbal and written

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Sitecore Experience Platform
