We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team.

As a Business Analyst, you will lead the design, implementation, and improvement of the AI ChatGPT application for internal and external users. Also, ensure seamless and efficient interaction with our insurance services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML Engineers, Product Managers, Developers, UX/UI Designers, and QA Testers, to deliver an industry-leading AI solution that enhances customer experience, drives operational efficiency, and supports business growth.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop detailed AI ChatGPT application specifications, which meet their needs and align with the company's objectives
• Perform requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation – to ensure the information is accurate, relevant, and traceable
• Utilize basic business analysis skills such as SWOT analysis, gap analysis, and process mapping to identify opportunities and improvements
• Establish and manage the relationships between the business needs and the AI ChatGPT technical capabilities solutions
• Coordinate with AI/ML Engineers, to ensure the implementation of appropriate NLP techniques, fine-tuning, and necessary customization required to deliver the desired application outcomes
• Work closely with UX/UI Designers to design and develop an intuitive, user-friendly interface
• Develop and execute test plans, collaborate with QA Testers, and perform user acceptance testing to validate the AI ChatGPT application's performance and adherence to specified requirements
• Assist in the development of training materials and user manuals on application usage. Ensure smooth adoption by end-users and facilitiate broader organizational understanding of the AI solution
• Regularly review the AI ChatGPT application against evolving business needs and industry standards. Identifying areas for improvement, enhancement, or customization
• Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders. Propose mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of challenges

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the AI/InsurTech/FinTech industry
• Adept with testing methodologies and practices
• Knowledge of OpenAI’s ChatGPT platform, NLP techniques, and AI application development
• Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
• General business analysis skills, including SWOT analysis, gap analysis, and process mapping
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Superb organizational and detail-oriented abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile methodologies
• B2+ English level proficiency
