An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Consultant with expertise in MS Dynamics 365 F&SCM to join our team.

The chosen individual will examine customer business needs, set up the Microsoft Dynamics application, and work alongside internal and external teams to guarantee the fulfilment of extensive requirements. This remote role is open to candidates operating from any location within Ukraine.

The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Involvement in all facets of solution implementation, ranging from the examination of customer business needs to the setup of the Microsoft Dynamics application
• Cooperation with both internal and external teams to ensure alignment of a thorough set of requirements with business aims
• Offering detailed knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing and assessing customer business procedures
• Documentation of business requirements and customization/configuration of Microsoft Dynamics application to meet customer business needs
• Facilitation of customer decision-making procedures and development of functional design documents
• Overseeing acceptance testing and training customer personnel on the usage and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics application
• Grasping the challenges and risks associated with the implementation of vertical applications

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years consulting experience within Dynamics 365 Manufacturing modules
• Mastery in Master Planning, Planning Optimization, and Production Operations Resources
• Proficiency in setting up Production modules from the ground up
• Aptitude for analyzing business issues, data modeling and process modeling, as well as conducting workshops and training sessions
• Familiarity with core production-related functionality, application technology stack, and implementation methodology
• Industry knowledge within manufacturing
• Outstanding analytical, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Robust organizational change management skills

Nice to have

• Prior experience within the automotive industry
• Achievement of relevant product certification exams
