We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer (LLM) to join our team.

This role involves a blend of data science and engineering tasks, such as developing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLM-based solutions.

The incumbent will leverage their expertise in AI, LLMs, and data science to create, optimize, and implement LLM models in real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize LLM models, ensuring they meet specific business requirements
• Work on the integration of LLMs into applications, using tools like Python, LangChain, and Azure, ensuring robust and scalable solutions
• Develop data pipelines and perform analysis to ensure high-quality data for LLM training and optimization
• Lead the implementation of AI and generative AI projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
• Ensure that LLM models are efficiently deployed and maintained, monitoring performance and making necessary adjustments

Requirements

• Strong skills in both data science (modeling, statistics, machine learning) and software engineering (Python, cloud services, deployment)
• Experience with LLM frameworks and tools, with a focus on developing and deploying scalable AI applications
• Proficiency in analyzing data, designing experiments, and deriving insights to optimize models and solutions
• Experience in setting up/enhancing development processes
• Ability to explain the pros and cons of proposed solutions
• Proficient in writing technical documentation
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
