Responsibilities

Collaborate with the product design lead to finalize strategies and define product design vision
Design user interactions, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate feasible user flows and intuitive experiences
Create visually appealing and functional user interface designs with minimal oversight
Present design concepts, strategies, and rationales to stakeholders ensuring clear communication
Partner with the research team to undertake comprehensive user research applying various methodologies like interviews, surveys, and usability tests
Engage in brainstorms, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and conceptualize solutions

Requirements

Proficiency in UI/UX design processes and strategy formulation
Solid background in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and designing user interfaces
Understanding of research preparation and how to implement its findings into design solutions
Competency in using design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma
Capability to work collaboratively with different teams including research, product, and engineering
