We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead People Advisory Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to develop and implement effective HR practices aligned with strategic growth
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with a diverse range of individuals and groups globally
• Support change management processes and provide clarifications on personnel policies
• Lead organizational and personnel strategy and their execution
• Oversee adaptation processes and manage efficiency and involvement metrics
• Drive global HR projects and initiatives
• Offer HR expertise in areas such as feedback, employee relations, and performance management
• Analyze people data and HR metrics to develop solutions and programs
• Provide data insights for proactive decision making
• Match business and HR strategies to optimize team performance and satisfaction
• Identify root causes of critical issues and design effective solutions
• Act as a mentor and guide for junior HR colleagues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience
• High-level English proficiency (B2-C1)
• Proven HR background in a company with 500+ employees
• Deep knowledge of HR programs, practices, and IT business operations
• Capability to manage complex situations and independently find solutions
• Proficiency in listening and understanding both employee and company needs
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop actionable recommendations
• Influential communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt messages for different audiences
• Experience as a management consultant
