We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with expertise in .NET and React for our Client, a global financial services company specializing in risk management, financial advisory, and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C# and React to meet the needs of our financial services clients
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards
• Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of applications
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve your skills and knowledge
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes

Requirements

• Proficiency in C# and .NET framework
• Strong experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
• Knowledge of SQL and database design
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of financial instruments and risk management
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
