Senior Fullstack (React.js + Java) Developer Description
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack (React.js + Java) Developer to join the team who builds a Digital Planning Tool leveraging existing data (from JIRA/Gitlab) to automate project management tasks and get better quality data to decision-makers, enhance strategic alignment using OKRs and support agile transformation through digital metric calculations and supporting behavior change.
As an IT Software Engineer, you’ll play an important role in successfully delivering the initiatives within this area.

Responsibilities
- Help design, develop, and improve the digital product
- Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment
- Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
- Build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of React.js with an ability to write custom hooks and responsive reusable components
- In-depth knowledge of Typescript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages
- Familiarity with GraphQL
- Knowledge of testing frameworks including Jest and React Testing Library, Playwright
- Experience and understanding of JavaScript build tools landscape i.e esbuild, vitejs
- Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD as we maintain our own front-end pipeline
- B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Terraform
- Experience on any Test automation and code analysis tools (Selenium, SonarQube, Fortify scan), Dashboard tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and other advanced/Microsoft products
- Working experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and knowledge of associated tools like JIRA or GitLab boards
