Responsibilities
- Defining SAP development guidelines, norms and standards based on a DevSecOps for SAP framework and SAP Clean Core principles
- Overseeing and defining the entire project lifecycle from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with our client’s guiding rules and business objectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensuring the quality and integrity of SAP solutions through effective testing methodologies, code reviews, and adherence to development standards
- Optimizing the performance and efficiency of SAP system code and applications through effective development practices and performance tuning techniques; together with a team of developer and partners
- Team leadership and development activities. You’ll be mentoring a team of SAP Developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful projects execution and efficient operations
- Strategic Planning and Innovation: You’ll be developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement and innovation within SAP landscape. Including evaluating new technologies, designing and supervising system enhancements execution and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and security standards to support the organization’s long-term goals and targets
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in similar position
- Wide experience in SAP Development with S/4HANA
- SAP HANA Database efficient usage in development
- Knowledge of SAP Basis Administration Foundation
- Strong experience and knowledge in Continuous SAP Release Management Principles (CI/CD)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA development tools, SAP BTP development tools (RAP and CAP models), SAP Portal, GitHub, SAP ATC, CVA, SecurityBridge, among others
- Very good communications and team collaboration skills, problem solving skills
- Familiar with Product and Agile Delivery model
- Fluent in English (B2+). Spanish and French skills are very welcomed, but not essential
