We are seeking a dedicated Senior SAP Support Consultant (SD) to join our vibrant team.

The ideal candidate will provide essential support and expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module implementation, customization, and upkeep tailored to meet specific business requirements. This role centers around ensuring that our SAP SD solutions are designed, maintained, and supported effectively to enhance our business operations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to collect relevant requirements
• Envision solution designs by analyzing business requirements
• Configure and customize SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain functionality according to customer business specifics
• Create project documentation including training and education materials for business application users
• Troubleshoot and support existing SAP solutions
• Ensure compliance with business and industry specifications during solution implementation
• Customize SAP SD in areas such as OrgStructure setup and order management
• Address system issues and provide sustainable solutions
• Collaborate with team members to share expertise and foster a cohesive service environment
• Assist in enhancing system capabilities and overall performance

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in SAP SD functionalities, including OrgStructure setup, order management, ATP, pricing, and outputs
• Expertise in OTC process, returns, and special processes like customer consignment, STO, 3rd party processing
• Knowledge of enhancement techniques such as user exit, enhancement points, Badi
• Skills in interfaces like Idocs and 3PL integration
• Capability to work independently as well as part of an international project team
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Understanding of core specific business domain processes
• Professional fluency in English (B2 level)

• Background in additional SAP modules or functionalities
• Previous experience with large-scale ERP projects
