Performance Analyst Description
We are seeking a dedicated Performance Analyst to join our team and contribute to the modernization of our e-commerce platform, which includes several stages to enhance system performance and functionality.
As a Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in improving our online grocery store by overcoming the complexities of the existing landscape through enabling APIs and migrating towards a stateless design.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance testing scenarios in alignment with project requirements
- Conduct non-functional testing to ensure system robustness and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and suggest improvements
- Define performance metrics and create reports for stakeholders
- Provide insights and optimizations for REST APIs and GraphQL schemas
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance analysis or a related field
- Proficiency in REST services and GraphQL schemas testing
- Skills in Oracle SQL and knowledge of Git, GitHub
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Competency in Java or Kotlin programming languages
- Understanding of performance testing tools such as JMeter and Gatling
- Background in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Knowledge of written and spoken English at Upper Intermediate level (B2+) or above
