Senior Data Analyst Description
We are seeking a highly proficient Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have exceptional skills in analyzing and interpreting complex data, enabling the identification of valuable insights and the optimization of business operations.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Collect and organize requirements for business data marts, data processing streams, extracts, and reports to support company’s new pricing platform implementation effort
- Identify requirements for data extraction, transformation, and loading processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Design, implement, and maintain pricing-specific ETL processes from various sources to a consolidated data mart used for analytical purposes
- Create interactive data visualizations and dashboards using advanced analytics tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to assist management in the decision-making process
- Implement data mart, ETL, data validation, and quality control measures in collaboration with data and database developers
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on data warehousing systems and tools
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis projects as required, providing timely and actionable insights to support business operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and statistical analysis within the insurance sector
- Expertise in C#, Python, and other relevant languages for data analysis
- Advanced skills in SQL, Microstrategy Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization and analysis tools
- Experience with Salesforce Tableau and a solid understanding of insurance and actuarial data processing
- Strong business requirements solicitation skills and ample experience in interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining insurance-specific data warehouses
- Strong knowledge of actuarial data requirements and processing techniques, supporting actuarial teams with accurate and timely data
- B2+ English level proficiency

- Solid understanding of Microstrategy and its application in the insurance industry
