Senior Performance Analyst Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team.
This role involves evaluating system performance and improving efficiency across various platforms, with a strong focus on driving performance optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools, as well as experience in identifying and resolving performance-related bottlenecks.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance test plans using Neo load and LoadRunner
- Enhance scripts through custom codes and dynamic data customization
- Execute batch services on AWS and monitor performance metrics using tools like CloudWatch and Splunk
- Write SQL queries to validate data post-performance executions
- Manage API Performance Testing including REST and SOAP services
- Monitor server-side performance using Perfmon and AppDynamics
- Collaborate with application stakeholders to ensure project success
- Analyze test results, set up triage calls with Developers and Engineers to address defects or issues, and perform root cause analysis to suggest corrective actions
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular project updates to key stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing using Neo load and LoadRunner
- Proficiency in Citrix, WEB (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, and SAP GUI Protocols
- Expertise in Correlation, Parameterization, and analyzing results
- Background in mid-tier services, client front ends, and databases with a good understanding of AWS
- Flexibility to customize scripts using regular expressions and parameterization with CSV data set config
- Qualifications in Agile Scrum Methodology
- Experience in executing and monitoring batch services on AWS
- Competency in writing SQL queries and validating data in RDS
- Familiarity with Traffic Monitoring & Debugging Tool FIDDLER
- Knowledge of Perfmon and AppDynamics for server-side monitoring
