We are partnering with Microsoft to innovate and enhance our offerings. As a Microsoft Partner Marketing Manager, you play a critical role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that spotlight EPAM's Microsoft-related solutions and services.
This position not only involves strategic planning and execution but also offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with both EPAM and Microsoft marketing teams to propel our go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy in collaboration with alliance and business teams, aligning with both EPAM and Microsoft’s objectives
- Create content such as blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies that highlight Microsoft services and solutions
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns alongside the marketing teams, utilizing email, social media, webinars, and events
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
- Work with the design team to craft visually appealing marketing materials
- Organize and promote events related to Microsoft, including webinars and workshops
- Manage event logistics from registration to post-event follow-up
- Represent EPAM at industry conferences and trade shows, involving approximately 10% travel
- Develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing, focusing on Microsoft services
- Ensure seamless collaboration with sales teams to convert marketing-generated leads
- Utilize marketing automation tools effectively for lead tracking and campaign analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Background in B2B marketing within the technology or cloud computing sectors
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud services and cloud computing concepts
- Experience with marketing and sales automation tools such as Salesforce, D365, Marketo
- Strong skills in content creation and writing
- Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative marketing ideas
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Microsoft certification such as Microsoft Certified: Cloud Practitioner is a plus

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$120K–CA$160K.
