Microsoft Partner Marketing Manager - Remote Description
We are seeking a dynamic Microsoft Partner Marketing Manager to join our team at EPAM.
This role revolves around the development and execution of marketing strategies that highlight EPAM’s Microsoft-related solutions and services. In this collaborative role, you will work closely with marketing teams at EPAM and Microsoft to devise joint go-to-market strategies, craft compelling content, execute marketing campaigns, and support joint events.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with alliance and business teams to develop a marketing strategy that aligns with company and alliance goals
- Create engaging content such as blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies focusing on Microsoft services and solutions
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, webinars, and events
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies based on data
- Coordinate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials
- Organize and promote Microsoft-related webinars, workshops, and events
- Handle event logistics, registrations, and follow-up activities for both virtual and in-person events
- Represent EPAM at industry conferences and trade shows, involving approximately 10% travel
- Develop strategies for lead generation and nurture leads interested in Microsoft services
- Ensure seamless management and conversion of marketing-generated leads in collaboration with sales teams
- Utilize marketing automation tools for efficient lead tracking and scoring
Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 5-7 years of experience in marketing, business, or communications
- Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology or cloud computing sector
- Understanding of Microsoft Cloud and cloud computing concepts
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Familiarity with marketing and sales automation tools such as Salesforce, D365, Marketo
- Competency in digital marketing channels and analytics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Creative aptitude with a knack for generating innovative marketing ideas
- Qualifications in Microsoft Certified Cloud Practitioner or other Microsoft certifications are advantageous
- Strong communication and presentation skills

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $85K – $100K.
