Lead Full-stack Software Engineer Description
We are seeking a Lead Full-stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our technology division, you will work closely with our product and business partners to leverage cloud-based solutions to revolutionize the customer loan experience.
This role offers the opportunity to engage deeply in the design, implementation, and advancement of projects that interact with numerous internal and external systems.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, develop, and document projects that integrate with various systems
- Collaborate on evaluating technological solutions and making informed decisions
- Build scalable, reliable, and reusable cloud-based solutions
- Engage in a highly collaborative Agile/SCRUM environment, interacting across teams
- Participate in code and architecture reviews to maintain high standards
- Advocate for innovative technologies, architectures, and processes to improve deliverable quality
- Foster a culture of integrity, trust, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Develop solutions leveraging the AWS ecosystem to deliver business value
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, preferred
- 5+ years proficiency in React, Redux, and Webpack
- Deep understanding of Javascript, Typescript, React, and Node.js
- Experience in microservices environments
- Familiarity with serverless architectures using AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, AWS EventBridge
- Competency in NoSQL, preferably AWS DynamoDB
- Background in cloud-based security, preferably AWS Cognito, AWS Secrets Manager, AWS GuardDuty
- Knowledge of common design patterns and principles
- Skills in Git and Git workflows
- Strong experience in TDD and BDD
- Capability to work with feature flags
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in designing and developing complex, scalable production services using modern frameworks and systems
