People Operations Specialist Description
We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our team and contribute to managing HR functions, implementing People Operations practices, and providing support in daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities
- Understand HR functions including onboarding, adaptation, benefits, employee engagement, background checks, exit processes, and employee records management
- Implement and refine People Operations practices
- Stay updated with local labor laws and manage employee relations accordingly
- Utilize entry-level knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) for data analysis and reporting
- Support daily operational tasks such as managing leave processes
- Maintain accuracy of employee data and documents
- Address employee inquiries and requests by delivering appropriate solutions
- Contribute to other projects within the HR department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
- Up to 3 years of experience in People Operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in organizational skills and adept at time management
- Capability to perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Positive attitude, solution-oriented approach and ability to work effectively in a team
- Background in the IT industry or high technology is beneficial
