We are actively seeking a diligent QA Automation Engineer skilled in Python to join our team immediately.

This is a fully remote position that offers you the flexibility to work from any location in Armenia, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Yerevan or Gyumri.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests and automate testing procedures for a variety of data storage solutions, including networked and clustered file systems
• Create and update test automation scripts utilizing Pytest
• Construct integration test scripts for use with Continuous Integration (CI) systems
• Troubleshoot scripts on physical hardware to detect and fix issues
• Collaborate closely with software developers under the Scrum methodology to ensure excellence in software production and delivery
• Continually refine automation methods and tools to boost testing productivity and accuracy

Requirements

• Background in software development with 2-3 years of experience, especially in distributed storage systems
• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with Linux & Networking
• Capability to test distributed file systems, network protocols, and parallel file systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Adaptability to quickly learn and adjust to new technical domains and settings
