Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Engineer Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This role involves managing and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud Voice projects and ensuring seamless integration and functionality with Amazon Connect and other related technologies.

Responsibilities
- Implement and customize Salesforce Clouds with a deep focus on Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect
- Design and deploy effective call center solutions incorporating Omni Channel capabilities
- Utilize expertise in Apex, including trigger pattern best practices and APEX design patterns such as Domain, Selector, and Service
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Lightning Web Components and Omni Studio
- Oversee the configuration of security and data models including Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules, relationship types, Custom Metadata Types, and Custom Settings
- Manage the team's engagement with platform authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, SSO, Connected App, and Auth Provider configurations
- Collaborate with the EPAM integration team, enhancing the use of various platform APIs such as REST, Connect, Platform events, Bulk, and Composite APIs
- Implement and maintain DevOps practices, preferably using Copado, and ensure adherence to governance processes and best practices
- Conduct peer code reviews and promote a culture of excellence within the development team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Clouds & Domain, with specific expertise in Service Cloud Voice and Call center implementation
- Proficiency in AWS and Amazon Connect
- Strong skills in Apex and knowledge of APEX design patterns
- Understanding and capability to use Lightning Web Components and Omni Studio
- Familiarity with Security Model and Data Model Concepts
- Qualifications in aspects of platform authentication & authorization
- Competency in Connected App and Auth Provider configuration
- Familiarity with various platform APIs including REST, Connect, Platform events, Bulk, and Composite APIs
- Background in DevOps with experience in tools such as Copado
- Strong communication skills and flexibility to adapt to changing project needs
