Joining us at the Director/Senior Director level, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to position yourself at the core of the UK Security Leadership team, with the aim of expanding our Security Practice during this new era of consulting.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the team of security experts serving your target geography and industries
• Ensure continuous development of security capabilities — people development, integrating new products and services, and developing collateral
• Drive EPAM's security strategy for the market — organize and participate in various events, publish articles, and make presentations within and beyond the organization
• Collaborate with EPAM Sales and Account Management teams to achieve practice and regional business goals including client acquisition
• Participate in the entire cycle of pre-sale activities including RFP processing, proposal development and direct communications with potential clients
• Design and prototype security solutions on cloud platforms, create solution architecture documents covering profound technical aspects of the implementation
• Analyse existing security portfolios, develop next-gen security architecture, transformation and modernization roadmap
• Conduct security architecture reviews and create audit reports
• Serve as an internal trusted advisor, ensuring internal product management and managing access to early release programs and product roadmaps

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Cloud Security, IT Service Delivery, Program Management and Strategy
• An engineering/architecture background with the ability to dive into technical details is crucial for our Director level roles
• Proven track record of successful security-centric transformations to the cloud and hybrid/private Cloud environments
• Strong hands-on experience managing a complete set of activities related to project delivery
• Deep knowledge in security architecture, including web services security, secure data handling, network protection and front-end and/or back-end security technologies
• Strong communication skills, solutions selling skills and the ability to present complex security issues to both business and technical audiences
