Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert consultant leading Cloud initiative and producing relevant deliverables
- Engage with customer business stakeholders to discover Cloud opportunities and pain points
- Ensure the strategy is actionable and well documented for a clean handover to implementation
- Scope and price engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
- Drive Cloud transformation strategy projects, assessments, solution design and MVP projects hands on
- Drive Cloud revenue within your accounts by identifying opportunities and influence / sell-in EPAM services
- Work with Sales and Account Management team proactively to develop Cloud aligned account development plans
- Support sales / pre-sales activities by assessing Cloud opportunities, responding to RFP’s, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close / sign new deals
Requirements
- More than 5 years of demonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering cloud solutions
- Passionate and knowledgeable in cloud-native development, transformation and migration offerings across key cloud platforms, Azure, AWS and GCP
- Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team
- Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb oral and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion
- Strong negotiation skills
- Bachelors degree or higher
