We are looking for a talented and organized Marketing Program Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating and executing marketing programs that drive engagement and success across various platforms and audiences. Responsibilities

• Execute strategies and deliver specific tasks based on overall program design and planning
• Organize internal program operations and processes to streamline efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop project plans, and track progress to ensure timely delivery
• Support the Marketing Manager in managing external vendors and suppliers involved in marketing activities
• Assist in the creation and management of marketing assets
• Manage communication with various internal and external teams, building and fostering relations and collaborations
• Collect and analyze marketing data, track success metrics and source success stories
• Prepare reports and presentations with main findings and recommendations

Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience ideally in tech marketing field with excellent coordination and structuring of processes
• Excellent communication skills to efficiently communicate and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience drafting communication in English directed to internal and external audience including newsletter, invitations, social media posts, other communication as part of the program operations
• Strong understanding of main social media platforms, including creation of content and running campaigns, analyzing metrics and trends
• Intermediate to advance knowledge of Google Spreadsheets or Microsoft Excel (e.g. handling medium to large amounts of data, building dashboards and trackers, analyzing marketing data)
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English Level Writing/Speaking C1

• Understanding of the tech industry and technology trends
• Involvement in local or online tech communities, such as meetups, hackathons, or online forums, demonstrates a passion for collaboration and networking within the tech industry
