Solution Architect I Description
We are seeking a Solution Architect I to join our remote team and contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in aligning technology with business strategies. You will be responsible for designing robust architecture and ensuring it integrates seamlessly with existing systems. The ideal candidate is a visionary thinker with a deep understanding of various technologies and their potential impact on our business goals.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions that meet business requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to understand needs and provide technical guidance
- Lead architecture efforts that properly integrate new and existing systems
- Develop strategic plans for project execution and architecture development
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in solution architecture
- Provide mentorship to team members and oversee their professional development
- Analyze and improve upon existing systems to enhance performance and scalability
- Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and presentation of architectural plans
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends that could impact the company
- Conduct system evaluations to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Solution Architect
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of 5 or more in a Manager/Owner capacity
- Proven track record of involvement in projects through full system development lifecycles
- Proficiency in PHP programming and its application in large-scale environments
- Expertise in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies for integrating heterogeneous applications
- Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS for complex database management
- Experience with Objective-C for software development
- Skilled in Adobe Commerce (Magento) for e-commerce solutions
- Familiarity with Data Warehouse development and management
- Proficient in utilizing MuleSoft for API-led connectivity
- Experience with Adobe AEM - Sites & Assets for digital asset management
- In-depth understanding of Business Process Management (BPM)
- Knowledge of ADAM architecture for digital asset management
- Experience with PEGA for business process automation
- Proficiency in Drupal for content management systems
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
