Lead People Advisory Specialist Description

Responsibilities
- Coach and advise managers and team members on various topics impacting employee experience, including performance management, team dynamics, and employee relations concerns
- Provide HR expertise in managing complex cases and develop effective retention strategies accordingly
- Partner with leadership teams to assess organizational health, mitigate potential risks, and align HR strategies with EPAM’s overall objectives
- Develop tailored HR plans for relevant units and accounts based on business needs and strategy
- Identify and onboard new leaders, serving as a trusted advisor
- Drive leadership development programs and initiate leadership coaching sessions in cooperation with Talent Development teams
- Support change management initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Analyze people data and HR metrics, developing solutions and programs that address business needs, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance employee satisfaction
- Drive local/global People projects to impact organizational effectiveness
- Drive various town halls and workshops, both online and offline, on local and global levels to maintain open lines of communication and employee engagement
- Collaborate and establish trustful relationships with the global People team to adapt and implement best practices within the designated location
- Identify root causes of critical issues, design and implement effective solutions, and measure results
- Lead exit management process in cooperation with leadership team
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in People Management; with at least 2 years in People Advisory or Partnership roles
- Proven track record of working effectively in an international and culturally diverse environment
- Proficiency in English at the C1 level, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth understanding of Human Resources programs, functions, and best practices
- Strong capability to manage complex, ambiguous situations, navigate organizational challenges, and proactively seek solutions independently
- Excellent listening and empathy skills to understand employee needs and align them with organizational objectives, fostering a positive work environment
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, including data analysis, trend identification, and developing logical solutions and actionable plans
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in persuasion and influencing, leveraging robust relationships, expertise, and data-driven insights to drive decisions and change
- Experienced in stakeholder management, balancing diverse interests and aligning HR initiatives with business goals
- Proficiency in communicating complex changes and decisions, tailoring communication to suit different audiences, from leadership to employees
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all organizational levels
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with broader organizational goals and objectives
