Business Solutions Architect, Salesforce Data Cloud - Remote Description
As a Salesforce Data Cloud Business Solution Architect, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through the successful design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. You will engage directly with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into robust technical architectures that leverage the full capabilities of Salesforce Data Cloud. Your expertise in data ingestion, data modeling, data harmonization, profile unification, activation, calculated insights, and segmentation will be essential as you lead design sessions and workshops, ensuring that clients achieve their desired business outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their business processes, data management needs, and strategic goals related to Salesforce Data Cloud
- Solution Design: Architect and design comprehensive Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, focusing on critical components such as data ingestion, data modeling, data harmonization, profile unification, and activation
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead detailed design sessions and interactive workshops with clients to define and prioritize business requirements and develop technical blueprints for Data Cloud solutions
- Data Strategy Implementation: Oversee the implementation of data ingestion processes, data activations, segmentations, data modeling, and harmonization strategies, ensuring seamless integration and unification of client data
- Profile Unification and Activation: Design and implement strategies for effective profile unification and data activation within Salesforce Data Cloud
- Analytics & Segmentation: Develop and configure calculated insights and segmentation solutions to enhance client decision-making processes and customer engagement strategies
Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in the architecture and implementation of Salesforce platform solutions, with specific expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud for 2+ years
- Proven proficiency in Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Proven proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud components, focusing on data ingestion, data modeling, data harmonization, profile unification, activation, calculated insights, and segmentation
- A track record of leading successful client-facing design sessions and workshops with strong communication and presentation skills
- Salesforce certifications related to architecture and Data Cloud are strongly preferred
- Familiarity with data architecture, data governance, and data integration processes within Salesforce ecosystems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to designing scalable solutions

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$150K-CA$205K.
