We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Engineer to join our innovative team.

The focus of this role is to develop and maintain a multi-tenant knowledge-based set of AI applications, using a robust backend data ingestion/processing pipeline to transform documents into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java and microservices, specifically with Spring Boot, and experience with cloud-native applications and services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services
• Implement and manage microservices using Spring Boot
• Contribute to the development of large-scale data ingestion and analytics pipelines
• Ensure secure and efficient multi-tenant-based authentication schemes
• Optimize application performance for scalability and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Debug and resolve production issues as they arise
• Continuously improve code quality, system design, and processes
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in software development
• Proficiency in Java and Spring
• Knowledge of Microservice Architecture Pattern
• Background in cloud-native applications and services on platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Expertise in large-scale data ingestion and data analytics pipelines
• Capability to design and implement secure multi-tenant authentication systems

• Familiarity with Auth0
• Understanding of Google Cloud Platform
• Skills in Data Software Engineering
