Junior 2nd Level Support Analyst Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior 2nd Level Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT support team.

Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to escalated customer support tickets
- Work collaboratively with senior support analysts and other team members to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to preemptively address potential issues
- Contribute insights and suggestions to improve support processes and tools
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Application Support
- Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle Forms and Reports
- Background in REST APIs using frameworks like Node.js or Spring Boot
- Familiarity with React concepts such as components, props, state, hooks
- Understanding of JavaScript, including handling promises and async/await
- Knowledge of GitHub or Bitbucket
- Experience with monitoring server logs in environments like OpenShift for Node.js applications or Oracle databases
- Competency in using tools like Postman or Swagger
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
- Basic knowledge of IT principles and support systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
Nice to have
- Experience with BitBucket
- Skills in JavaScript or Node.js
- Background in Oracle Forms Services or Oracle Reports Server
- Proficiency in using Postman
- Familiarity with Spring Boot
