We are seeking an experienced Lead Content Strategist/Lead Designer to take charge of developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy across various product platforms.
You’ll be pivotal in crafting engaging, accessible, and effective content for improved user experiences and engagement.

Responsibilities
- Define and deliver end-to-end content strategy for product experiences
- Conduct content audits, competitive evaluations, and heuristic assessments of product content usability/accessibility
- Develop concepts and plans for content experimentation
- Create polished presentations in Figma and PPT
- Employ human-centered design methods for conceptualization, writing, testing, and delivering in-product content
- Develop content wireframes, sketches, empathy maps, and affinity diagrams
- Handle voice flows for natural language understanding and virtual agents
- Create and manage ML/AI prompts and guardrails
- Write and maintain long-form articles such as help center and destination guides
- Document end-to-end content decisions in Figma files for stakeholder feedback and engineering handoff
- Establish scalable, reusable standards for content mechanics, tone, style, and accessibility
- Foster strong relationships with cross-domain content owners for cohesive product and brand experiences
- Define content workflows, processes, and best practices
- Map and source content for new product experiences
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of content design or content strategy experience
- Towering expertise in writing product UI content in American English
- Ability to utilize various content strategy/content design frameworks to solve complex human problems across screens and product areas
- Advanced working expertise in Figma, including content-specific plugins such as Ditto
- Proficiency in presentation and storytelling, including PPT creation
- Competent facilitation and workshopping skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
- Baseline understanding of headless content management systems and GitHub
- Working understanding of AI/ML for content design, including NLU development, designing for generative AI, and prompt engineering
- Demonstrated success in relationship building and fostering a "one team" mindset
- Growth mindset and adeptness in first-principles thinking

- Prior role in large-scale digital transformation projects
- Advanced knowledge in user experience design or behavioral science
