We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with a solid understanding of functional testing to develop our Thailand’s quality team. We have many upcoming opportunities with global brand-name clients for high-profile projects that require someone with excellent technical delivery skills and team working capabilities. You will gain unique experience in the finance domain with manual and automated techniques.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate requirements to estimate testing effort, ensuring feasibility and accuracy
• Execute various types of testing at different levels (system, integration, regression) through manual and automated means
• Create, review and maintain manual test cases and generate test reports as needed
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies, ensuring consistency within the team
• Client-facing role, you will actively engage in meetings, customer interviews, workshops and presentations, support UAT
• Follow all applicable development processes and methodologies, including internal policies, international standards, regulatory requirements, and team-specific processes
• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
• Lead and mentor junior testers; take responsibility for testing a subsystem or an entire project to ensure productivity and accuracy

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software testing experience, handling complex technical issues and tasks
• Proficiency in functional testing
• Strong in cross-functional thinking, a good communicator, driven and a committed team player
• Knowledge of test automation
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• A native Thai speaker with proficiency in both spoken and written English (B2)
