Lead DevOps Engineer (Azure) Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. This position holds responsibility for automating SDLC processes, including CI/CD, testing, and infrastructure provisioning and management across nine teams. With a portion of the infrastructure managed by the customer's team, daily communication and a fluent command of English are essential. You will help roll out the infrastructure in the Azure Cloud, utilizing a range of services such as Blob Storage, Non-related/Related DBs, AKS, Functions, Datalake, and more. Strong experience with both Azure Cloud + Terraform bundle and Kubernetes cluster management is expected as you'll be responsible for handling microservices based on containers, Azure Functions, and additional services like databases, storage, monitoring, and media services.
Our CI/CD is grounded in Azure DevOps service, providing the teams with reliable pipelines for a completely automated process from feature implementation to zero-downtime production deployment.
This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the CI/CD pipeline using Azure DevOps
- Manage AKS, Functions, Networks, CosmosDB, Storage, and other Azure services
- Collaborate with and report to the customer's team on an ongoing basis
- Optimize processes and systems for maximum efficiency and business value
- Perform scripting tasks using Python and PowerShell
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Azure Cloud (AKS, Functions, Networks, CosmosDB, Storage, Front Door, API management, Event Grid, Service Bus, Datalake, Media Services, Log Analytics, Monitor)
- Expertise in Terraform (Azure) and Kubernetes (AKS)
- Significant experience with Azure DevOps (Repositories, CI/CD, Artifact Storage)
- Strong scripting skills using Python and PowerShell
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable self-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team

Salary range €4.4K-€6.4K gross, based on your experience and interview results.
