Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of Node.js or Python applications
Design scalable and efficient solutions meeting business needs
Collaborate with other teams to integrate systems and technologies smoothly
Oversee code reviews and maintain high standards of software quality
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance
Ensure adherence to best practices and software development lifecycle
Monitor performance metrics and optimize code for maximum efficiency
Participate in Agile meetings and provide timely updates
Handle version control and documentation of software development
Research emerging trends and technologies in software development
Address technical issues and challenges faced by the development team

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development with Node.js or Python
1+ years of relevant leadership experience
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Competency in working with Azure Infrastructure or Informatica
Background in integrating systems using various technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to have

Qualifications in Integration Platforms or Java
Familiarity with AWS or GCP
Experience with Agile methodologies
