We are looking for an experienced Senior 3rd Line Software Maintenance Engineer with extensive expertise in MuleSoft technologies. This key role focuses on bolstering the stability and performance of software systems by delivering advanced support, maintenance, and development enhancements using the Anypoint Platform and comprehensive MuleSoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert 3rd line support and resolve complex software issues using MuleSoft knowledge
• Enhance the functionality and performance of current software applications
• Lead requirement gathering sessions through in-depth customer interviews
• Spearhead discussions on solutions and project outcomes in stakeholder meetings
• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement significant system enhancements
• Uphold high standards of code quality through meticulous testing and debugging
• Author technical specifications and ensure documentation is consistently updated
• Stay updated with cutting-edge trends in MuleSoft and the wider technology sector
• Mentor junior developers and assist the development team with complex development tasks

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar 3rd line support role with a background in software maintenance
• Deep proficiency in MuleSoft technologies and in-depth familiarity with the Anypoint Platform
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Demonstrated expertise in maintaining and optimizing software applications
• Advanced qualifications showcasing exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Strong communication skills and effective collaboration with various teams
• Ability to independently manage assignments in a remote work environment
