We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team and work on developing and enhancing our Java applications.

You will be involved in the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Java-based applications using Spring Boot and NoSQL databases
• Debugging and troubleshooting multi-threaded applications to resolve technical issues
• Write effective and scalable code in Java for backend systems
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams for product development
• Implement robust JUnit tests for thorough white box testing
• Enhance and optimize RESTful APIs to improve existing application performance
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and deployment

Requirements

• Background in Java, J2EE, and Spring with at least 5-8 years of experience as a Senior Java Developer
• Proficiency in NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Skills in Core Java, including stored procedures
• Qualifications in Java backend REST API development
• Competency in writing robust JUnit tests for effective white box testing
• Showcase of experience in any relational database with SQL
• Expertise in Java tools such as Gradle or Maven
• Strong analytical skills for technical and functional analysis and design
• Good communication skills and capability to work effectively in a global team

Nice to have

• Familiarity with test-driven development tools such as Mockito, Cucumber
• Understanding of agile methodologies and experience in an agile working environment
