We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our forward-thinking technology team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Microsoft 365 environment. You will collaborate closely with team members to optimize system performance, ensure compliance, and provide exceptional support to our users.

Responsibilities

• Implement updates and new features within the Microsoft 365 environment
• Translate user requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with team members
• Enforce best practices for compliance and performance in the M365 environment
• Investigate and resolve complex user issues
• Provide technical guidance and support ensuring a seamless M365 application experience
• Maintain updated documentation for configurations and procedures within Microsoft 365
• Monitor the performance and utilization of Microsoft 365 services
• Leverage new M365 features and updates to enhance system capabilities
• Formulate and execute policies and procedures for usage of Microsoft 365
• Offer technical support for projects related to Microsoft 365
• Engage in Agile processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups to enhance team workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in roles such as M365 Engineer or similar in both global and agile environments
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform
• Proficiency in programming languages including PowerShell, JavaScript, or C#
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Azure
• Exceptional problem-solving skills paired with the ability to thrive in dynamic conditions
• Independence in task management coupled with competence in collaborative scenarios
• Background in security measures and adherence to compliance standards within Microsoft 365
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications in Microsoft 365
• Previous leadership experience in technology projects
• Experience with advanced security protocols and strategies within cloud services
