We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting our complex architectures, ensuring seamless deployment, maintenance, and scaling of applications while meeting stringent business requirements. This role demands a strong leader who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage cloud infrastructures, and drive continuous improvement through the implementation of advanced DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Support architecture for applications, aligning with business needs
• Utilize AI to implement coding best practices
• Handle deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of platforms
• Apply SRE principles including resilience, metrics, and incident management
• Oversee management of AWS and Azure cloud infrastructures and services
• Collaborate with developers, operations, QA, and other teams
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Develop scripts and tools to optimize operational efficiency
• Build and transform container and serverless architectures
• Ensure compliance with security standards and conduct security assessments
• Document all processes, procedures, and infrastructures

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps engineering, preferably with enterprise experience
• 1+ years of experience working with AI and Generative AI technologies
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell for automation and infrastructure management
• Knowledge of .NET, JAVA, and other programming frameworks
• Extensive experience with Terraform for IaC
• Proficiency in managing Azure DevOps platforms, including pipeline management
• Comprehensive experience with cloud services engineering in AWS, Azure, and knowledge of GCP
• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; adept in a fast-paced environment
