We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / DevOps Engineer to join our enthusiastic team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications and modules within the Salesforce platform, as well as handling integrations and support for our diverse Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications and features using Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Handle support requirements for Salesforce sales, service, and community organizations
• Debug, analyze, and resolve application issues and bugs
• Address Service Requests under planned SLA
• Integrate Salesforce with various external systems via REST and SOAP APIs

Requirements

• Relevant Salesforce certifications (PD1 or PD2)
• 3+ years of experience configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
• Proficiency in Salesforce development including customization, configuration, and integration
• Expertise in implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions
• Competency in object-oriented programming languages and database design
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments
• Skills in deployment and release management using VS Code and Git Branches
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions
