This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the key business users to gather the relevant requirements
• Analyze business requirements to envision solution design in advance
• Participate in Business Workshops and perform Fit-to-Standard Analysis
• Configure and customize functionality in compliance with the specifics of customer business/industry area
• Make project documentation, including training and education materials for business application users
• Troubleshoot and support SAP solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of SAP FICO experience, proven SAP CO expertise
• Good knowledge of Cost Element Accounting (CO-OM-CEL), Cost Center Accounting (CO-OM-CCA), Internal orders (CO-OM-OPA), Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC), Actual Costing/Material Ledger (CO-PC-ACT) and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Multiple full lifecycle experience, at least 2 implementations
• Controlling integration with core upstream modules including FI, SD, MM, PP, Payroll, etc
• A broad range of configuration and business process content knowledge in the main components of Controlling, expertise in Product Costing will be advantage
• The capability of executing and facilitating workshops, leading teams of onshore and offshore resources
• Strong client-facing consulting capability and excellent communication skills
• Desire to contribute to the SAP FICO team and SAP practice strategy
• Flexibility to travel
• A recognized accountancy qualification is a distinct advantage
• English level: B2+
