We are seeking a dynamic and digitally savvy Supply Chain Project Manager with hands-on supply chain operational experience and a strong background in technology project management.

This individual will act as a bridge between software engineering/technology teams & supply chain operations teams. This individual will be guiding the development of innovative software solutions and leading multiple technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate is a continuous learner, adept at emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), and capable of serving as a Product Owner, Supply Chain Advisor, and Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights into supply chain operations to guide the design & development of software solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to technology teams by translating operational challenges into technical requirements
• Identify risks associated with supply chain processes and propose technology-enabled solutions
• Manage end-to-end delivery of supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
• Promote Agile and other project management methodologies to optimize project execution
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML models to enhance supply chain analytics and decision-making
• Stay informed about technological advancements in supply chain management and recommend their adoption where feasible
• Drive process optimization initiatives by leveraging data analytics tools and emerging technologies
• Conduct lessons learned sessions post-project completion to identify areas for improvement
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication of project goals
• Prepare regular status reports for senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities

Requirements

• Overall, 14 to 21 years of experience required, including hands-on experience in E2E supply chain operations & implementing digital supply chain initiatives
• Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience across supply chain operations and technology project management
• Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale technology projects within the supply chain domain
• Knowledge of global supply chain trends and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Continuous learner & digitally savvy
• Proactive in building & maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Preferred experience in Banking/Healthcare/Automotive/Retail domains
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations / Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with ways of using AI/ML techniques for predictive analytics, modeling in supply chains
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira
• Good knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

Nice to have

• ASCM / APICS CSCP, MIT MicroMasters, PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certifications in AI/ML technologies (good to have)
