We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Systems Engineering Manager with a strong focus on MLOps to lead our engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of system engineering principles, a solid grasp of MLOps-related technical stacks, and excellent leadership skills. You will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, building and organizing engineering units, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable MLOps infrastructure
• Build and organize organizational structures, including units and sub-units, to maximize team efficiency
• Collaborate with account teams and customers, delivering impactful presentations and ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Drive the recruitment, selection, and development of top engineering talent, fostering a culture of growth and innovation
• Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and containerization solutions to enhance development workflows
• Ensure seamless integration and deployment processes using public cloud platforms, enabling scalable and reliable solutions
• Inspire, motivate, and guide teams to achieve their best potential

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of proven experience in systems engineering, with a focus on MLOps or related fields
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team building, talent management, and strategic planning
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and tools
• Proficiency in Containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Data Science (DS) concepts
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, coordinate tasks, and nurture talent
• Experience in building and scaling organizational units and sub-units
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders

• Experience with Databricks, Sagemaker, or MLFlow
