We are seeking a seasoned Lead Full Stack Developer to be part of an international team, working in a financial sector. Full remote mode is possible. If you're ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
You will work with the team responsible for a project, designed to provide trading reference data for future international exchanges. It will also manage and supply trading-specific configuration data. You will work on the data migration and business requirement integration.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team responsible for designing and implementing trading-oriented projects
- Lead data migration initiatives to meet business requirements
- Integrate business requirements smoothly into existing frameworks
- Ensure the consistent supply of trading-specific configuration data
- Manage the full project lifecycle from design through implementation and support
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Uphold the integrity and security of sensitive data
- Document technical processes and data flow thoroughly
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to improve team productivity
- Represent the development team in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment of goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Java 8+ or 11, Angular, Spring Boot, and MySQL or another relational database
- Proficiency in Hibernate or Spring Data and JUnit
- Background in Apache Kafka, Maven, and Docker
- Knowledge of OpenShift or other cloud platforms and Kubernetes
- Understanding of Microservices architecture and Design Patterns
- Capability to produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation
- Competency in using IntelliJ IDEA for software development
- Ability to work both independently and proactively within a team
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (B2+ level) and excellent technical writing ability
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Java 17 and 21
- Experience with Hibernate Envers and Apache Spark
- Knowledge of GitLab, GitLab Runner, and Windows Docker Desktop
- Skills in Liquibase and SonarQube for database change management and continuous code quality
- Proficiency in Helm for managing Kubernetes applications
- Understanding of Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting
- Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana for powerful search capabilities and data visualization
- Familiarity with Jasmine & Karma for front-end testing
