Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IT Product Owner on project priority and IT product roadmap
• Design future process models and develop the system requirements
• Regularly perform product backlog grooming using Agile methodology
• Work with the development team on software enhancement and facilitate test-driven development
• Monitor project deliverables by providing effort estimations for time, manpower and resources
• Lead ongoing reviews of business and IT processes, developing optimization strategies
• Conduct user acceptance testing and user demos to obtain business product owner approval
• Support end-to-end application implementation services
• Promote a change-management mindset in collaboration with Business and IT teams

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, re-engineering and design thinking
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions that meet business needs and deliver business value
• Familiarity with major task-tracking systems such as Confluence, Azure DevOps, TFS, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a problem-solver with end-to-end execution capabilities
• Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred
• Native Thai speaker with business English proficiency (B2)
