We are seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Business Analysis to enhance our Supply Chain operations.

In this role, you will collaborate with business counterparts and IT departments to identify and document requirements that drive project success. Your expertise in stakeholder management and documentation will be pivotal in creating effective solutions. As a pivotal member of our team, you will facilitate functional acceptance testing and support application updates. The position requires a hybrid work arrangement, with the mandatory presence at the customer's office in Athens (Gerakas).

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, define, and document detailed requirements
• Create functional and technical requirement documents from business requirements
• Assist users in functional acceptance testing for new applications
• Coordinate with internal business and technical teams for requirement finalization
• Serve as a subject matter expert during and after project implementation
• Provide functional support to ensure effective system operations
• Lead and organize training sessions for end users
• Assist with change management in collaboration with Regional IT
• Participate in the design and execution of retail and WMS solutions

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Analysis
• Experience in stakeholder management for successful project delivery
• Experience in creating BA artifacts documentation
• Proficiency in business analysis activities planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Supply Chain and Logistics processes
• Experience with functional acceptance testing methodologies
