We are seeking a proactive Lead DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team, driving the delivery, automation, and optimization of cloud-native and hybrid workloads with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and Azure services. As a pivotal team member, you'll collaborate across departments, implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles, and foster innovation in cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cloud-native and hybrid workloads using Infrastructure as Code principles
• Automate, script, and program the creation of new cloud-based workloads
• Design, deliver, and automate new Azure services for product teams
• Debug and improve existing automated Azure services in the service catalog
• Collaborate with teams, educating them on configuring and consuming new Azure services
• Participate in troubleshooting sessions alongside co-workers
• Assist in transforming and migrating on-premises workloads and technologies to the cloud
• Support DevOps teams on project-specific needs and challenges
• Plan and prepare tasks in alignment with agile methodologies and team priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in applied informatics or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in cloud-related technologies, preferably Azure
• Knowledge of Azure services including AKS, Application Gateway, Key Vault, App Services
• Background in Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Bicep or Terraform
• Competency in configuration management tools like Ansible
• Expertise in CI/CD tools including Azure Pipelines or GitHub Actions
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash
• Understanding of IAAS and PAAS services within Azure
• Skills in developing processes involving API calls
• Familiarity with version control and release management tools like Git
• Showcase of documentation creation capabilities
• Background in agile practices
• Strong communication skills across hierarchical levels
• Exceptional attention to detail, adaptable to multicultural environments
• Team player mindset with a goal-oriented, problem-solving attitude
• Proven capability to set high personal performance standards and take initiative

• Agile certification or equivalent experience
• Experience with advanced Azure services outside of the core listed requirements
