Responsibilities

Design software modules to comply with engineering best practices
Define software requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals
Produce robust software builds that meet defined security and performance criteria
Lead code reviews to maintain quality and coding standards
Conduct system integration tests and identify ways to enhance software performance
Adopt modern development methodologies to refine software delivery processes
Contribute to architectural decisions for scalable and reliable system design
Mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices and sharing domain expertise

Requirements

Background in computer science with 6-7+ years of experience in professional software development
Strong skills in problem-solving and analytical thinking
Expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and optionally Angular
Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture and RESTful Services
Familiarity with Open API and UML
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines
Extensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, including continuous integration, design patterns, and best practices
Competency in English communication for both business and technical contexts

Nice to have

Background in the financial software sector, including understanding of financial products or services
Qualifications in Java, Springboot, SQL (Oracle), Kubernetes (PKS), and Virtual Machines
Capability to work with streaming technologies like Kafka and Avro
