We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of innovative Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead functional client discussions, requirements refinement sessions, demonstrations, and walk-throughs tailored to diverse audiences
Facilitate discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture and document detailed business processes
Define and manage user stories and acceptance criteria to align with configuration, development, and testing needs
Plan capacity, prioritize backlog items, and organize sprints to achieve project objectives
Collaborate with business solution architects and software architects to craft solution designs and coordinate associated development tasks
Coordinate test activities with the quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to equip target audiences for effective solution adoption

Requirements

Minimum of 12 years of experience with Salesforce development
Bachelor's degree or equivalent along with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Salesforce Administrator Certification and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
Background in documenting business process diagrams along with expertise in creating epics and detailed user stories
Agile methodology knowledge, including sprint planning and backlog management
Understanding of enterprise business process analysis, requirements analysis, and organizational consulting
Competency in coordinating collaboration among stakeholders, architects, and development teams
