We are looking for a Lead BI Analyst to join our team in China and lead high-impact projects that transform how businesses leverage data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BI report migration and development on Oracle Fusion, ensuring seamless data transformation and delivery
• Mentor and collaborate with BI teams to troubleshoot challenges and optimize reporting workflows
• Design innovative solutions using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies like Azure and Databricks
• Analyze complex requirements, translate them into actionable reports, and drive process improvements
• Stay ahead of industry trends by integrating emerging technologies into BI strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of BI experience, including expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Python
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion tools, including Financial Data Integration, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, and Oracle Universal Analytics Warehouse
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring BI teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure
• Self-motivated mindset with a high level of English proficiency
