We are seeking a Data Program Manager to lead data initiatives.

In this role, you will use your skills in data delivery management to address complex challenges and improve our Finance organization. Responsibilities

• Define project scope and deliverables by working with cross-functional teams
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment through effective communication across project stages
• Remove obstacles and roadblocks independently while engaging with stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to scope and timelines
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents and high-level solution designs
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion in line with Finance Data and Analytics goals
• Develop detailed project plans and roadmaps to monitor progress and address risks
• Deliver data and reporting solutions in collaboration with data and business intelligence teams
• Evaluate project outcomes and measure success by gathering stakeholder feedback
• Deliver Analytics and Reporting solutions, such as Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
• Build Business Intelligence tools using SQL or related query languages
• Represent business data and metrics using dashboards or reporting tools
• Query database tables to validate data conditions and confirm business use cases
• Provide developers with direction on code and design when required
• Troubleshoot issues from a basic coding standpoint

Requirements

• Over 10 years of hands-on software development experience
• Background in data delivery management focused on project management
• Leadership experience managing diverse teams and stakeholders
• Expertise in implementing analytics and reporting solutions
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with reporting tools
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data integration processes
• Capability to visualize business data using reporting or dashboard tools
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and delivering actionable insights
• Professional-level proficiency in English

• Qualifications in project management certification
• Knowledge of reporting systems and business intelligence platforms
• Understanding of advanced data analysis methodologies
