Responsibilities

• Work on full-cycle recruiting and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment by managing time and effort across hiring projects, sourcing strategies, timelines and deliverables for projects
• Work on both Tech hiring and business hiring
• Solve challenges and provide solutions by collecting and analyzing data
• Build excellent relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding processes
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the profile of the ideal candidate
• Stay informed about current trends in technology

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruitment experience in any sector, including 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment in the IT industry
• Demonstrated track record of working on a wide array of positions with varying levels of complexity
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail with a focus on action-oriented results
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to effectively prioritize assignments and manage time/deadlines
• Ability to excel in dynamic environments while maintaining a high degree of autonomy
• Fluency in English
