Senior Java Developer Description
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with a focus on checkout and payments processing.
In this role, you will be involved in day-to-day development tasks while collaborating with other developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications, APIs, and microservices with a focus on high load, scalability, and maintainability
- Create and implement REST APIs and cloud functions
- Be prepared for shifted working hours to better align with customers' EST business hours
- Be available for on-call pager duty for an additional fee
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with various systems
- Write and maintain high-quality code using Java, ensuring adherence to code quality metrics
- Provide necessary test coverage in Unit and Integration tests; collaborate with Test Automation teams
- Manage deployment pipelines
- Troubleshoot issues and production incidents through log and monitoring analysis
- Provide timely and accurate updates in project management tools
- Perform code reviews
Requirements
- Strong experience over 3 years in Java
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Microservice Architecture Pattern, REST API, Pub/Sub
- Understanding of DevOps and Continuous Delivery principles
- Familiarity with Apigee API Platform, Docker, Google Cloud Platform, Grafana, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Redis, Adobe Experience Manager or Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud
- English level: B2 or higher
